Both in New Leaf and New Horizons, the autograph cards item has a notable signature in the upper middle card that can be customized between two designs.

The Musician's Signature (left) is heavily implied to be KK Slider's, while the Comedian's Signature (right) is heavily implied to be Dr. Shrunk's, as it resembles his face and this same signature can be found on the back of KK's guitar, where he has two stickers that reference past locations he's played in: The Roost and Club LOL respectively.

Made Shrunk a house in Happy Home Paradise

I thought a very funky, colorful, eclectic vibe worked best with him, so I tried to include a lot of bright colors and furniture choices that seemed a little antiquated or unusual. Sort of wacky pomo with a few generally retro touches.

I even gave him a little stage to practice his comedy routines and a desk for space his jokes down.
